Q: Are you licensed and insured ?

A: Yes. We are a Licensed and Insured moving company registered at California

Multiple insurance protections: $750,000 Auto Insurance, $1,000,000 business liability Insurance, $1,000,000 workers' comp insurance and  $20,000 cargo insurance.

 

Q: Can you give me a ballpark estimate ?

A: Yes, We can give you an estimate based on the information you provide, since our local move's charge is counted by hourly rate and the price quote approximately reflects the scope of the job but not guaranteed

 

Q: Is there any way to make my move cheaper ?

A: Yes. Saving time means saving money if you pack your stuff and organize it well in advance

 

Q : Will My furniture be protected ?

A : Yes.

Each Moving truck comes with :

moving blankets and Shrink wraps to protect your mattress , sofa and coach ..... (FREE)

Rope and Tie-Downs to secure all loads (FREE)

Tool Kits to disassemble and assemble all your items (FREE)

 

Q: What happens if I need appliances moved or furniture assembled ?

A: Just let us know ! Our movers can disconnect your appliances (e.g. dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc.) prior to moving, and reconnect them at final destination. In addition, we disassemble and reassemble any furniture you need as well. Please let us know if you need help with your appliances and/or furniture assembly, and we’ll be sure to include this as part of your estimate.

 

Q: Should I empty my drawers ?

A: We would recommend emptying the drawers to avoid any damage to the furniture or contents inside.

 

Q: Do you move move heavy items such as piano or gun safe ?

A: Yes, we do. However, we need to know in advance if you have any items over 300 LB, so we would have the right amount of people and necessary equipment.

 Additional charges may apply.

 

Q: What happens if you break something ?

A: We provide free and basic coverage for reimbursement of any damages of your furniture. which is 60 cents per pound per article

You can buy extra insurance for more protection at your own cost if needed

 

Q: Is it okay for my children or pets to be around during the move ?

A: Safety is our number one priority, so it is best if children or pets would be in a separate room or with someone who can watch them closely.

 

Q: What is the required deposit to schedule a moving appointment?

A: Unlike many companies, we do not require a deposit, so you do not need to feel hostage in case you change your mind.

 

Q: Can I change dates or cancel ?

A: You can change the date of your move (subject to availability) or cancel it up to 48 hours in advance.

 

Q: What are your payment options ?

A: We accept cash, Zelle or Venmo only. we don't accept check and credit card

 

Q: What if my inventory changes last minute? Will my price change ?

A: Not a problem. It happens all the time. Our local move charges are based on hourly rate. Time starts at your 1st location until the completion of your move. But the flat rate of long-distance move will be changed if your inventory changes

 

Q: Should I tip the movers ?

A: Yes, your gratuity is highly appreciated !. Suggested gratuity is 20% of moving fees for the whole crew (not each mover). The foreman will distribute it.
